The annual contribution limit is $5,000 across all referendum third party advertisers, and contributions cannot be reimbursed by a third party. Donations are not eligible tax receipts or tax credits. All donations over $50 will be disclosed and reported to Elections Alberta and disclosed publicly on the Elections Alberta website.
